This Ferris wheel is located at the S-Pulse Dream Plaza, a commercial facility where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment day and night. At its highest point of 52 meters, you can enjoy a 13-minute walk in the air. After dark, the lights of Fuji and Numazu shine beyond Suruga Bay to the northeast, while the lights of cars on the Tomei Expressway and the sights of Shizuoka City and Yaizu act as a contrast in the southwest. There are also many sights to see depending on the time of year, such as the lights of the Shimizu Port Telfer, a nationally registered tangible cultural property, and ones in the winter. From the adjacent Shimizu Marine Park, the exterior of the Ferris wheel is also be lit up, making it a great place to visit.
