Located in the center of Shimizu Ward, this park is loved by local citizens, with many families playing on the playground equipment and elderly people taking walks. It is also known as a famous flower watching spot and is crowded with flower watchers in the spring. The park has a gentle slope for enjoying the night view and is well lit, making it possible for wheelchairs to get up to the viewpoint. The view is centered on the Dream Sky Ferris wheel at Shimizu Port, and the lights of residential areas and high-rise buildings are evenly spaced on the horizon, as if it is a necklace of lights spreading along the horizon. The white lights of the residential areas and high-rise buildings and the sodium lights of Shimizu Port create a three-dimensional night view.
